We would like to thank the students for their efforts, and we wish them the very best in their future endeavours. Never stop cooking!

Sagra Italiana at United Square Shopping Mall

23-28 October 2018 – We are pleased to participate as one of the stalls at the inaugural Sagra Italiana, under the patronage of the Embassy of Italy in Singapore. Throughout the week, Chef Fabrizio conducted pizza dough and pasta workshops for parents and children. For the pasta workshops, participants even got to taste their creations!

We were honoured to be given the opportunity to spread our love for Italian cuisine to the community.

St Ignatius Feast Day Fiesta at the Parish of St Ignatius

29 July 2018 – In order to raise funds for the Rohingya refugees, Chef Fabrizio teamed up with Chef Marco (Capri Trattoria) to cook and sell pasta at the St Ignatius Feast Day Fiesta. This event is under the patronage of the Embassy of Italy in Singapore, and in collaboration with the Jesuit Refugee Service.

One was fusilli with vegetables and tomato sauce, and the other was fusilli with mushrooms and truffle cream sauce.

The event was a great success and everyone enjoyed themselves. The parish has uploaded video highlights of the fiesta.
